Horrible support service, never reply when a customer contacts for help, and they unjustly block accounts yearly because their app is very bad and doesn't do its job for digital services. They claim to be leading in digital but fail to function properly or even provide alternative ways to submit important information. Avoid to save your money. They also put false charges on you due to their own failure to fix the issues they make for the customer.

The management didn’t listen or show any understanding. Very disappointing experience — totally unprofessional. Be careful before dealing with this bank.

Review 2 (1⭐) [Negative] [Group: Login]: من أسوأ البنوك التي تعاملت معها في حياتي. بعد آخر عملية دفع قمت بها تم اقتطاع مبلغ من حسابي بدون أي تفويض أو سبب واضح، وأنا متأكد تمامًا من رصيدي والمعاملات التي أجريتها. حاولت التواصل مع البنك ولم أجد سوى رد آلي لا يقدم ولا يؤخر، وحتى عند زيارتي للفرع لم يقدم لي أحد أي مساعدة، وكأن حقوق العملاء لا تعنيهم. أرسلت أيضًا بريدًا رسميًا ولم أتلقَّ أي رد حتى الآن، وما زال المبلغ مقتطع بدون أي توضيح. بنك بهذه الدرجة من الإهمال لا يستحق أن يُسمى بنكًا.
