I'm on SSI and want to know how I can get this money in my account. they said 3 to 5 business days only. I have emailed them back several times and still no response yet. then I called customer service and they said 2 weeks to a month until I can get my account back. I know this is BS I used to be an accountant. Now the question is how do I pay for my bills. I need my now for food stamps are cut out

I’ve tried to enroll in this program, several times, only to find out Washington, DC (the Nation’s capital) is excluded from this feature. Being a Washingtonian (city not state) denies you of having this feature. Besides that, I love this app and I enjoy banking with Current. It has definitely helped my credit score even if it’s just a little bit.

I had more money in my savings account with them than the loan amount I requested. Their “pre-approved credit card” section was just as misleading—no real offers at all. The whole experience felt dishonest and dismissive. For a loyal customer, it was insulting and a complete waste of time.

Although it does take a little longer to login than I remember (like 5 seconds v 2), once logged in, the app runs very fast and everything is easily accessible. Funds transfer instantly between accounts and within a day to outside accounts, which is great. Finally started doing RoboInvest and am pretty happy with that so far. I know rates aren't guaranteed, but my money has not been anywhere near the negative trend for months on end.

I’ve had it for a long time now still no loan option and they constantly fluctuate my advance amount. My pay has not decreased. Nothing has changed in my income. I just paid off a $200 advance and now it’s dropped me back down to $50 for no reason and it’s done this multiple times.

It just shouldn't be this difficult to get money out or trade between Ally accounts. It's the main reason why I'm switching to a different brokerage.

Like it's bad enough we have to pay the fees, but Dave doesn't charge a subscription. Use it if you want but I highly suggest Dave since you don't have to pay monthly ON TOP OF the fees for the service. That should be included in the subscription imo.

Review 5 (1⭐) [Negative] [Group: Support]: customer support is useless. they dont resolve anything just copy and paste generic responses some that have absolutely nothing to do with the issue at hand. mobile check deposits get rejected for incorrect endorsements when the endorsement contains all required info but because a computer reviews the images it'll reject it and a real person can't manually review the checks so if you bank with this company your banking will completely depend on varos outdated technology and poorly trained team.

This banking app crashed today and left a lot of people without access to their funds for food, transportation, bills and etc. You can go to their Facebook page and see for your self just how angry people were about this encounter. Varo doesn't have phone reps for you to call and speak with someone about your funds. Such as myself... I was stuck at a train station for two hours not able to access my funds to get to work.

Also would be nice if these transactions happened faster. My other banks, credit union and Bankmof America, payments are able to be sent same day if scheduled before 1pm. Ally it costs to send same day. All transactions from other bank show up on the other end next day. Ally, it could take SEVERAL days which I was not expecting. They process eventually but not the fastest processing which is a big disappointment for me.

I was using the paycheck thing and paying it back on time because they take it back right away. So one day they take it back then close my account then then opened it up And I took it again got it again then they took it from my state.

You will be taken to a lower amount without any kind of notification or warning when it happens. Then, potentially be out hundreds of dollars you were depending on. No other bank I have heard of tells you that you are approved for $350 then takes that amount back down to $50 without ever being late or missing a payment. Then never notifies you to the change so you can prepare for that loss.
